With a full wall of east-facing windows, this bright DTLA studio offers beautiful morning sunlight and soft, even daylight throughout the day — perfect for photographers, filmmakers, and content creators who rely on ample, flattering illumination.

** Overtime Rates for Studio D $120/hr: Any hours past 8PM and before 6AM on bookings less than 10 hours will be considered overtime hours. Overtime hourly rates are double the regular hourly rate.
*** Please note: equipment rental cancellations occurring less than 72 hours from the shoot date will not be eligible for refund or credit. We advise that clients do their best to book finalized equipment lists. How many people can Studio D accommodate?

Studio D comfortably holds up to 15 people, making it ideal for small-to-medium photo or video productions.

Is Studio D soundproof or good for recording?

Studio D is not soundproof, but it is considered suitable for sound recording as many productions use it successfully for on-camera audio. We offer sound treating equipment for rent as well to dampen sound.

Is lighting or equipment included with the rental?
