Apex Loft is our flagship space — a 7,000 sq-ft penthouse loft at 530 E 8th St in DTLA, and the largest room we host events in, seating up to 100 guests. Windows on all four sides, 12-foot ceilings, a full kitchen, and a private restroom with shower give you a bright, self-contained floor for large receptions, seated dinners, launch parties, screenings, conferences and presentations, activations, and celebrations. Direct elevator access as the only unit on the floor makes load-in and guest arrival simple.

Hourly event pricing and the minimum booking length are shown live in the booking widget above. Catering, alcohol, and amplified sound are allowed with prior approval. Proof of liability insurance is required and due 72 hours before your event ($1M / $3M aggregate, naming Apex Photo Studios, LLC as additional insured).
