Rooftop A is open-air, so bookings are weather-dependent. Proof of liability insurance is required and due 72 hours before your event ($1M / $3M aggregate, naming Apex Photo Studios, LLC as additional insured).

How many guests can Rooftop A hold for an event?
Rooftop A is 7,500 sq ft and comfortably holds up to 30 guests for an event.
Is Rooftop A accessible by elevator?
The elevator stops on the 8th floor; the rooftop is 2 flights of stairs up from there. Please keep this in mind for guests and for load-in of event furnishings or catering.
Can we serve food and alcohol?
Yes — events with catering and bar service are welcome. Reach out and we’ll go over the specifics for your event so everything’s set for the day.
Is it a good spot for photos at the event?
Absolutely — the 360° DTLA skyline and golden-hour light make a stunning backdrop, and the optional movable cyclorama wall gives you a clean built-in photo or step-and-repeat setup.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Rooftop A is fully open-air, so bookings are weather-dependent. If conditions look risky for your date, get in touch and we’ll help you plan around it.
