While we do not have a private lot for clients there are several pay-to-park lots nearby. Please keep in mind, most of these lots are cash only. They range between $15-$25 dollars for the day.
The Apex Loft Studio comes equipped with A/C, changing curtains, clothing rack, direct stair access to Apex Rooftop B, fully furnished kitchen, 3 make-up stations, passenger elevator, polished concrete floors, 2 restrooms w/ showers, steamer, surround sound speakers, and WiFi. The studio also features a private loading dock with freight elevator access directly into unit.
Additionally, we offer a wide and growing range of state-of-the-art equipment available for rent.
Yes, in addition to our studio rentals, we provide a wide range of equipment rentals to support your photography or video needs. Our inventory is always growing and includes cameras, lenses, lighting gear, and more. You can rent the equipment you need to complement your studio rental for a complete production solution.
Access to the Loft Rooftop (Rooftop B) is available at an additional charge. You can easily add Rooftop B to your booking on checkout.
The Apex Loft Studio is an all encompassing production facility perfectly suited to productions large and small. This unique location offers top-of-class construction and discrete privacy for any production.
Yes, we offer flexible rental options. The Apex Loft Studio is available starting at a 6 hour minimum and can also be rented for the day or longer.
