Your tour remains active for the initial term (6-12 months). Afterward, hosting renewal is simple and affordable (approx. $50/year), or we can transfer the model to your own account.

About the Apex Loft
The Apex Loft Studio is a 7,000 sqft penthouse production loft located in Downtown Los Angeles’ Flower District. With wraparound windows providing west, north, east, and south-facing light, this expansive full-floor studio offers a bright, dynamic environment perfect for photo shoots, film productions, commercials, music videos, castings, and large-scale creative projects.
Located in the same building as Rooftop B and just minutes from Apex Photo Studios’ Santee St location, the Loft combines privacy, natural light, and production-ready features—including a full kitchen, gym area, private restroom with shower, and multiple furnished lounge zones.
