Located at 530 E 8th St, STE 600 (Apex Loft building) — not the main 1024 Santee building.

Proof of liability insurance is required and due 72 hours before call time ($1M / $3M aggregate, naming Apex Photo Studios, LLC as additional insured). Open-air bookings are weather-dependent.

Is Rooftop B accessible by elevator?
No, Rooftop B is not accessible by elevator. The elevator stops on the 6th floor. From there you can access the rooftop by walking up 3 flights of stairs.
Does Rooftop B come with an interior space?
No, Rooftop B does not come with an interior space. The Loft can be rented in addition to the rooftop for additional production space, shooting and staging.
Does Rooftop B have natural light?
Yes. Rooftop B is a fully open-air rooftop with unobstructed downtown LA skyline views and golden-hour light all day.
Is there a cyclorama wall on Rooftop B?
No. Rooftop B has no cyc or walls — just open sky and the downtown LA skyline as your backdrop. Rooftop A next door has an optional cyc add-on.
How large is Rooftop B, and how many people can it hold?
Rooftop B is 7,000 sq ft and accommodates up to 20 guests comfortably.
Can I rent lighting or other equipment?
