Apex offers two unique rooftop locations — Rooftop A on Santee Street and Rooftop B on 8th Street — both with stunning skyline backdrops and versatile layouts. Rooftop A is a 7,500 sq-ft open space with an optional movable cyclorama wall (available for rent); Rooftop B spans 7,000 sq-ft with sweeping 180° views of downtown LA.
Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles in the Fashion and Flower Districts, just blocks apart. Rooftop A crowns one of the tallest buildings in Santee Alley; Rooftop B offers an open industrial aesthetic that’s ideal for urban-style visuals. Parking, restrooms, and load-in access are all designed to make productions smooth.
