Two north-facing windows with full blackout curtains, a ceiling-mounted lighting grid, an 18′ × 18′ white cyclorama wall, and 12-foot ceilings — built for productions that demand complete light control.

Proof of liability insurance is required and due 72 hours before call time ($1M / $3M aggregate, naming Apex Photo Studios, LLC as additional insured).
