Spanning an impressive 7,000 square feet, our Apex Loft Studio offers an open floor-plan penthouse that is perfect for a wide range of events, film productions, photoshoots, and more. The Apex Loft Studio has been meticulously designed to cater to your every need.  The Apex Loft Studio comes with a fully furnished open kitchen, workout equipment, billiards, ping pong, foosball, unique furniture, and more!

100 person capacity, 7000 sq. ft private event studio. Occupancy increase permit available for larger events at an additional fee.

Events must include set up/wrap time, $200 cleaning fee, and $1000 damage deposit (refundable).

1 security guard is required for every 50 guests.
