Studio F (Events) | $250/HR (4 hour minimum)

Similar to D, Studio F offers more space with the same amazing east-facing floor to ceiling windows, incredible sunrise light, high gloss concrete floors, and 12 foot ceilings.

50 person capacity, 3000 sq. ft private event studio. Occupancy increase permit available for larger events at an additional fee.

Events must include set up/wrap time, $150 cleaning fee, and $500 damage deposit (refundable).

1 security guard is required for every 50 guests.
